Langton Associates is a professional practice of Chartered Architects, Designers and Planning Supervisors. We provide these Services to both the private and public sector. We have over 35 years experience in the fields of New Build, Alteration and Extension, and Refurbishment Work, and pride ourselves on the satisfaction expressed by our many clients over the years.

We have worked successfully with major contractors on Design and Construct contracts, both in negotiated and competitive situations, on projects varying in value from £200k to £3 million. We have proven ability in satisfying the "Fast Track" requirements for design development, co-ordination of specialist trades , and effective production information at both tender stage and through to completion.

Langton Associates has worked successfully as a member of a package development team which arranges the site acquisition, funding, costing, design and construction of projects. This facility is always available to clients.

Our experience covers involvement in projects covering Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, and Housing.

We operate a Quality Management system within the practice to ensure that our service meets the appropriate standards expected of the profession.

The advent of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 and its 2006 update has raised the need for all disciplines in the building industry to improve the knowledge of Health and Safety in the design and construction of buildings. Langton Associates have taken this responsibility seriously. We are included on the RIBA Register of Planning Supervisors and are committed to the principles of the Regulations.
